After School Care

​Company is First Presbyterian Day School’s after school care program available for any currently enrolled students in preschool through sixth grade who need to stay after 12:15 p.m. or 2:45 p.m. carpool.   

Company begins the first full day of school and is open all full days when school is in session. Company is not available when school dismisses for a half-day. 

Hours

• K3 and K4: 12:15 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.

• K5 - 6th Grade: 2:45 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Payment Option 1: Per Hour Billing 

• Parents are billed for Company at a rate of $5 per hour per child

• Students will be clocked in and out when attending activities

Payment Option 2: Flat Rate Billing - Available Spring 2026

• Parents can complete the After School Care Enrollment Form (see below) to be billed a monthly flat rate for after school care fees

• This does not include extracurricular activities

• By using the flat rate model, monthly bills will be a standard flat fee regardless of hours used

• Preschool Option: M-F coverage, 12:15-2:45pm, $210 per month 

(Preschool option can be combined with full-time or part-time options to meet your childcare needs)

• Part-Time Company Option: M-F coverage, 2:45-4:30pm, $140 per month 

• Full-Time Company Option: M-F coverage, 2:45-6:00pm, $210 per month 

• Students will not be clocked out for extracurricular activities, sports, or tutoring

• The flat rate option guarantees childcare coverage for any day regardless of activities, at a consistent price that does not fluctuate
