FPDS Christmas Chapel:
We are excited to invite you to our school-wide Christmas Chapel as we gather to worship and celebrate the joy and meaning of the season together. All friends and family are warmly welcome to attend.

Please note: Our Strings and Honor Choir will lead an additional chapel service on Thursday, December 18 at 8:15 AM, and parents are welcome to join us for that special presentation as well.
A quick reminder: Based on feedback from families and teachers, we learned that the reception after Christmas Chapel required additional time away from work for parents and created some confusion for students who expected to leave with their families. To keep things simple and consistent while still making chapel a meaningful time of worship, we will not host a cookies-and-punch reception after Christmas Chapel this year.
Christmas Carol Carpool:
Get ready for a morning full of live Christmas caroling 🎵 as we ring in the season with our Christmas Carol Carpool! The Honor Choir and FPDS team will be singing and spreading Christmas cheer along the Belhaven side only 🎤✨🎄.Be sure to drop your child off there to enjoy the fun.
Roll down your window, take in the music, and jingle your way through the carpool line!

Monday, December 15 - FPDS Uniform
Tuesday, December 16 – Christmas Caroling & Candy Cane Day! Rock your red & white, add your favorite fun Christmas accessories, and help us carol down Candy Cane Lane!
Wednesday, December 17th - FPDS Chapel Attire! We are excited to worship together as an FPDS family and celebrate the reason for the season! Please have your child dressed in Chapel Attire as a joyful reflection of our school spirit and love for our special FPDS community.
Thursday, December 18 – Merry & Bright Day! Wear your favorite Christmas colors or festive attire and help us deck the FPDS halls as we kick off Christmas break!
Lost and Found
Lost and found items have been sorted and are ready to be rescued! Come by and pick up your missing gear before the end of school. Any items remaining unclaimed on Thursday, December 18th will be discarded or donated.
Extracurricular Activities
Enrollment for spring activities is open! Information on what activities are available can be found on the FPDS website. If you would like to unenroll from an activity, please email ohamilton@fpds.org.

Company: Spring Flat Rate Billing is OPEN!
Enrollment for Company flat rate billing is now available! If your student uses Company more than 2 days a week, this option could save you money.

One Day Only, Holiday Art Workshop
On Tuesday, December 16th from 2:45–4:45 PM, Mrs. Riles will host a festive art workshop for 1st–6th graders.

Chapel Offerings:
This quarter, we are partnering again with We Will Go Ministries in Downtown Jackson. As part of our Thanksgiving and Christmas giving, we invite FPDS families to support in two simple ways:
$2 Donation: Each student is encouraged to bring $2 to their homeroom teacher to help purchase The Biggest Story Bible for children served by We Will Go.
Canned Food Drive: Students are also asked to bring 2–5 canned food items to help stock the We Will Go food pantry. Cans can be dropped off with homeroom teachers and will be delivered before Christmas.
