CHAPEL CHAT:

This week in Chapel, we continued in our study of the parables in Matthew 24:36-44, The Parable of the Thief. Please READ the passage together!

(1.) What is the PROMISE made in these verses? This event WILL take place.

(2.) Do we know when Jesus will return? Who does know?

(3.) Jesus' return will be a 'sudden, unexpected, surprise.' Does that mean that we should worry or be scared? What do these verses teach us about how we are to live?

(4.) In Chapel, do you remember what it means to 'BE READY': we are to Tr_______; Re_____; Pr_______; Grow in Ob_____________.

Pray that God would teach us to be ready every day and to live in a way that pleases Him
