2025 Summer Information

FPDS will purchase school supplies in bulk to have ready for your child in their classroom. Your FACTS account will be charged the following amounts based on the grade(s) of your child(ren): First ($90), Second ($75), Third ($110), Fourth ($55), Fifth ($80), & Sixth ($75).

1ST - 6TH GRADE FAMILIES: If you would like to purchase your own supplies, please CLICK HERE TO OPT OUT. This form must be completed by NOON on May 8th.

K3, K4 & KINDERGARTEN FAMILIES: Supplies will be purchased in bulk, and your FACTS account will be charged $75. These grades do not have the option to opt out. No additional supplies will be needed, except a nap mat for K3 & K4 students if staying for Crusader Circle.
